How Driver Deliveries Work

Abboda deliveries help move orders from local merchants to customers. Drivers are responsible for picking up the correct order from the merchant and delivering it to the correct customer location.

Step 1: Accept a delivery

When a delivery becomes available, review the delivery details before accepting.

Check information such as:

  • merchant name
  • pickup location
  • customer drop-off location
  • order details
  • delivery instructions
  • estimated distance or time, if shown

Only accept a delivery if you are able to complete it.

Step 2: Go to the merchant

After accepting the delivery, go to the merchant pickup location.

When you arrive, let the merchant know you are picking up an Abboda order and provide the order number or customer name if needed.

Step 3: Confirm the correct order

Before leaving the merchant, confirm that you have the correct order.

Check:

  • customer name
  • order number
  • number of bags or items
  • pickup notes
  • delivery instructions, if shown

Do not leave with the wrong order.

Step 4: Deliver to the customer

After pickup, go to the customer’s delivery address.

Follow any drop-off instructions shown in the order details. This may include apartment number, gate code, building instructions, or leave-at-door instructions.

Step 5: Complete the delivery

After the order is delivered, complete the delivery in the app or dashboard if required.

Completing the delivery helps update the customer, merchant, and Abboda system.

If there is an issue

If you cannot find the merchant, the order is not ready, the address is wrong, or the customer cannot be reached, contact Abboda driver support for help.

Final note

Abboda deliveries work best when drivers confirm the correct order, follow pickup and drop-off instructions, and complete delivery updates accurately.
