Accepting Deliveries

Accepting a delivery means you are agreeing to pick up an order from the merchant and deliver it to the customer.

Before accepting, review the delivery details carefully and make sure you can complete the delivery.

Review the delivery details

Before accepting a delivery, check the information shown.

This may include:

  • merchant name
  • pickup address
  • customer drop-off area
  • estimated distance
  • estimated time
  • delivery instructions
  • order size, if shown
  • expected earnings, if shown

Only accept the delivery if you are able to complete it safely and on time.

Go to the pickup location

After accepting the delivery, go to the merchant pickup location.

When you arrive, let the merchant know you are picking up an Abboda order. Provide the customer name or order number if needed.

Confirm the order before leaving

Before leaving the store, confirm that you have the correct order.

Check:

  • order number
  • customer name
  • number of bags
  • pickup notes
  • delivery address
  • drop-off instructions

Do not leave with an order if you are not sure it is the correct one.

If you cannot complete the delivery

If you accepted a delivery but cannot complete it, contact Abboda driver support as soon as possible.

Do not ignore the order or leave the merchant or customer waiting without communication.

Only accept deliveries you can complete. Review the details, go to the correct merchant, confirm the correct order, and contact support if there is an issue.
